Monero, which means "coin" in Esperanto, is the people's money. No more need for banks, trust or intermediary. Born 5 years after bitcoin, it has implement several tehnologies that Satoshi Nakamoto discussed on bitcoin talk back in 2010, before his disappearance. These haven't been implmeneted in any shape or form in bitcoin. To be short in many way it's a better bitcoin than bitcoin (according to the bitcoin whitepaper). Thanks to an amazing (and paranoid) community we have an amazing tool for financial sovereignty, freedom, and privacy. And probably the more cryptographically advanced piece of thech of the century (at least for now). The first two chapters are really easy to understand and the book has nice illustrations in it. So it's easy for anyone to understand even if they know nothing about cryptocurrencies at all. Then it's started to get more advanced at every chapter. I've abandonned (for now) …
