captivating slice of life on board a pirate spaceship. evil mega corporation against rebels and pirates. i don't get how the steam engines are supposed to work in space, but whatever. it's not like warp drives or hyper drives or whatever make more sense. 😄

some of the romance plot was a bit 🙄 but that does not detract from the overall impression, in my opinion.

It feels like this is the first 2 chapters of a book, you get introduced to all the characters, everything is set up, but then the story ends. 😢
