DE: Dieses Buch hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Auch wenn ich vorher schon wusste, dass Gesundheit nicht unbedingt abhängig vom Gewicht ist, liefert das Buch nochmal viele gute Argumente und belegt Aussagen mit wissenschaftlichen Studien. Am Ende jedes Kapitels gibt es praktische Handlungsempfehlungen, die man direkt umsetzen kann.
EN: Great book with scientific basis and practical tips. I liked this book very much. Even though I already knew that health is not necessarily dependent on weight, the book again provides many good arguments and proves statements with scientific studies. At the end of each chapter there are practical recommendations for action that you can implement directly.
