That's my genre of "easy and entertaining" novel. I gave it 5 stars even tough, probably, it deserved 4 because in this book I've found the right mix of suspense, fiction, lore and —why not— romance.

This was the first novel by Joe Hill that I read. The rhythm varies a lot: some chapters fly in a few minutes, others seem to last hours.
Overall, the story is intriguing and the characters are lovely. The style catches the attention, it's just a little verbose.
